So this week I turned 29, I have less then a year to keep saying I’m in my twenties 🙁 I’m very depressed over that. It doesn’t help that I married a younger man who loves to point out how old I am. So he gets to continue to say he’s in his twenties when I’m over the 30 mark. Remind me why it was cool to marry a younger man, I can’t seem to remember 😉 I did point out to him that pointing out my age just makes my biological clock tick faster so if he wants to stay baby free for now he might want to quit the old comments! Other than calling me old all the time he is a wonderful husband and took me out twice this week for my bithday. Once with family and friends to La Tasca in Old Town Alexandria and then once more to the Riverside Theater for Nunsense II. I had a great time at both my birthday dinners! I brought my camera to the family and friends dinner. Warning: Very dark restaurant meant that I was shooting ISO 1600 with my ap wide open at 1.4 on my 50mm lens. So very very grainy pics and very shallow DOF but it was my bday and it was fun and these are great for just remembering the evening. We polished off two pitchers of Sangria and finished the night with a chocolate truffle that was to die for!!! Here is my crazy family and friends we consider family below. Enjoy!

- Top photo is me and my friends daughters, too cute. Middle left is my friends youngest who thought sticking her tongue out was hilarious and kept saying I want to see whenever I took her picture. Right middle is my husband giving me the why are you taking my picture look. Last we have me again oh and my Mom hiding behind me!
