Some sessions just take my breath away and this outdoor Northern Virginia area family maternity photo shoot is one of them. The location with such a beautiful family is perfection. One of the most common questions I’m asked as a Richmond VA maternity photographer is when should the maternity portraits be taken. I suggest booking at the beginning of the second semester and having the session between 32-36 weeks.
With little ones, choosing an outdoor location helps them be more relaxed and present with you during the session. As a mom myself, I have a ton of tricks in my back pocket to get the smiles, too! And when it’s time for your solo poses, there’s plenty of space for the kids to play. My focus will always be for everyone to have an enjoyable experience.
