I had an awesome trip to San Antonio this month to attend the Digital Wedding Forum’s annual convention! I’ve been to PPA’s Imaging USA the last two years and while I loved the classes and expo I was a tiny fish among a sea of 10,000 other fishes. At DWFC I was an average fish among 150 people! Also because we are all on the forum together you start to feel like you kind of know everyone. Right from the beginning of our trip we ran into fellow DWFer’s at the airport. We stayed at the beautiful Hotel Contessa on the Riverwalk and anytime you had some free time it was easy to find tons of great conversations going on in the bar area. I really enjoyed meeting new people and then getting to hang out with them during the week. At Imaging last year I ran into someone I knew the first day but never saw her again the rest of the week. The other great thing about DWFC was the model shoots and just general get together shoot outs we were able to do on the Riverwalk all week. While the classes were great some of the best learning was done on the shootouts and at the bar in the early hours of the morning! I was able to attend the first shootout on Sunday and get some fun photos of the models. So here are a couple quick images of some of the beautiful models!
