So if you’ve been following me on Facebook then you have already heard the news!! For the rest of you I will start from the beginning…. Monday I received a voicemail message from a Washington Post reporter who covers the OnLove section. She came across my website and my feature on my friends Kelli & Andy’s wedding and wanted to feature them and my photographs in this Sunday’s edition!!!!! To say I was a little bit excited is an understatement, I mean how often do you get a call out of the blue for something like that. After screaming in my car and calling my husband to tell him I finally calmed down enough to call Kelli my bride. That was really cool also, “Hey Kelli, so the Washington Post wants feature your wedding in this Sunday’s paper in the OnLove section!”. Completely awesome news, as I got off the phone with her I got to hear her scream her husbands name to tell him the news. So after much ado getting the details ironed out I got the confirmation on Wednesday and Sunday could not come fast enough for me. I picked up two copies, one to keep and frame and one to show off to family. They are also featured in the online version! Check it out at this link here and my screen shot of it below!
