This is your birthday card because I’m too cheap to buy one! You are now a quarter of a century old! hahaha!! You are closer to 30 then 20 now! It is the 25th anniversary of me having the chicken pox. These are the random thought that are occurring to me as I think of your birthday! It’s nice to know as evidenced by our phone call 5 min ago that you still can learn a few things from your big sis! Remember no you do not have to go to the DMV you first got your license from you can go to any DMV as long as they are in Virginia 😉 Oh and welcome to finally having a license that is horizontal! Happy Birthday Michelle!! You are the best little sister ever and you have always been there for me and I know you always will be. I hope you have an awesome birthday today! I LOVE YOU!!!!
