Katie & Marcus : Married The Mill at Fine Creek Wedding

Her smile is the kind that makes everyone around her smile too, you just can’t help it!  Today was the day she married her high school sweetheart, 10 long years later.  If she wasn’t flashing that mega-watt smile she was wiping tears of joy from her eyes.  Katie was marrying Marcus today and nothing could dampen her spirits!

I could photograph these two everyday of the week they were so cute!  I LOVED Katie’s dress, it was simple and gorgeous!!  Marcus looked dapper in his striped suit with orange bow-tie and he only had eyes for her.  I overheard him telling her how beautiful she was as they came back up the aisle as husband and wife!  This was my first time to The Mill at Fine Creek and it was spectacular, just an incredible ceremony site with beautiful lighting against the stone remains of an old grist mill.  I can’t wait to get back out there next month for a double header weekend of weddings with Mike Topham again!

Katie has awesome taste, her bridesmaids dresses were super cute and the groomsmen looked very vintage in their seer sucker suits.  Her twin nieces were junior bridesmaids along with their little sister as her flowergirl.  They gave an adorable toast about how great their Aunt Katie was and how she would make an awesome wife!  Speaking of toasts this couple was so loved that I started to lose track of how many people grabbed the mic to wish them well.  The band Groovetown kept the dance floor packed all night!!

I wish Katie and Marcus a long happy marriage!
